inauguration of civil defense reception area
As part of our ongoing outreach program, we undertook the renovation of the Reception Area at the Civil Defense Office. We firmly believe that those who sacrifice their lives to protect the community deserve a dignified and comfortable working environment. This project reflects our deep respect and appreciation for their service.
The restoration was generously sponsored by Mr. Imafidion Aloba, in loving memory of his parents, Chief Timothy Aloba and Mrs. Comfort Aloba. The Aloba family, originally from Benin and now long-settled in IgbaraOke, continues to demonstrate their affection for the town through purposeful acts of giving. This project stands as one among many initiatives planned by the family to uplift and support the beloved community of IgbaraOke.
Prior to the renovation, the Civil Defense office’s reception area lacked the basic standards of functionality and comfort. The new facelift has significantly enhanced both aesthetics and utility:
Complete repainting and retiling of the reception space.
Installation of a modern reception desk and waiting area furniture.
Overhaul of the lighting and ceiling fixtures to brighten the space.
Integration of improved ventilation and security features.
A transformed atmosphere that now reflects professionalism and pride.
